My rates and billing
It matters to me that you feel fully informed about the costs of counselling, including what is covered, how payment works, how insurance reimbursement happens, and the options that may be available for reduced rates. My rates and insurance
My standard rate is $160 CAD for a 50 minute session or $190 CAD for an 80 minute session. I offer every new client a free 20 minute consultation so we can talk about what you need, make sure we are a good fit, and cover any early questions.
After each session, I will provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your plan. It is helpful to check with your insurer to see if they cover services from a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I am currently in the qualification process for my RCC and under the supervision of Dr. Christopher Brown, RCC. If your benefits require a Registered Psychologist, please let me know during the consultation.

Free 20 minute introduction call
I offer every new client a free 20 minute consultation so we can connect, make sure the fit feels right, and talk through any questions or concerns you may have.
50 minute individual session
My standard fee is $160 CAD per 50 minute session. I charge the same rates for in-person or virtual counselling as well as evening or weekend sessions.
80 minute individual session
My standard fee is $190 CAD per 80 minute session. I charge the same rates for in-person or virtual counselling as well as evening or weekend sessions.
Re-imbursement through insurance
I provide a receipt after payment that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement depending on your coverage. Please confirm with your provider whether services from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) are covered.
Payment
My booking system keeps payment simple. Fees are due at the end of each session and can be paid by e-transfer or credit card.
Cancellation
Please notify me at least 24 hours before our planned session if you need to cancel.
