  • Yes, all new clients receive a free 20 minute introduction call so we can get to know each other better, answer any questions you may have, and decide if we are the right fit.

  • Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and get clear on what you’d like support with. I’ll ask some questions about what brings you in, your goals, and any relevant background. You’re welcome to share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to tell your whole story at once. Together we’ll explore what you’re hoping for and begin shaping a plan that feels supportive and achievable.

  • My standard fee is $160 dollars a session. You can learn more about my rates and reimbursement through insurance on my rates and billing page.

  • The length of therapy varies for each individual, based on one’s personal preference and needs. There is no requirement for a maximum or minimum number of counselling sessions.
